At The Paws HQ, we take pride in providing high-quality natural dog chews. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure the safety of all pets.

 

📦 Returns

As our products are natural, consumable dog chews, they are considered perishable and hygiene-sensitive items.

For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Dogs not liking the product

  • Items that have been opened or where the seal is broken

  • Sale items or gift cards

 

 

⚠️ Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items


Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at thepawshq.co@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and outer packaging

 

If a product is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we will offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • Or a full refund to your original payment method
